OBS

Public Works and Government Services Canada.

OBS

A strategy for undertaking base building and tenant improvements at the expiration of an Occupancy Instrument was applied to the Crown-owned office inventory and will be fully implemented when funds permit. The ongoing refurbishment of this inventory would significantly improve its quality and efficiency in the eyes of tenants, with the result that such space would become the preferred choice of accommodation.

OBS

OBS
