The Business Integration Office(BIO), also included in the Office of the Director General ensures the effective operation of BGTD, including operational and strategic planning and performance measurement. Within BGTD, this Office manages broad projects of a strategic nature(both long term and emerging). While some of these will change over time, currently the office is focused on coordinating BGTD's projects related to the Therapeutic Access Strategy. One of the commitments under TAS is the endorsement of open and transparent performance reporting practices. BIO is the lead for implementing a culture of increased transparency and openness with our stakeholders through citizen and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
