... 6% of the BFC [basic food cost], for the "at sea allowance", which provides for the additional nutritional requirements of shipboard feeding while at sea. It applies to all ships, submarines and other vessels for the entire company for each day at sea. 2, record 1, English, - at%20sea%20allowance
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
It is recognized that while on deployed sea operations, extra calories are required to feed the ship[ ’]s crew during increased operational tempo, extended work hours, extreme climatic conditions or while in continual state of high operational readiness. Since additional nutritional requirements are justified while at sea, then the [at] sea allowance must be available as a standard allowance while at sea. 3, record 1, English, - at%20sea%20allowance

3, record 1, French, - allocation%20de%20service%20en%20mer
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
1, record 1, French, - allocation%20de%20service%20en%20mer

[A munition] which reliably [fulfils its] performance, readiness and operational requirements on demand, but which [minimises] the probability of inadvertent initiation and severity of subsequent collateral damage to weapon platforms, logistic systems and personnel when subjected to unintentional stimuli. 8, record 2, English, - insensitive%20ammunition
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
An insensitive munition is one that will not detonate under any conditions other than its intended mission to destroy a target. If it is struck by fragments from an explosion or hit by a bullet, it will not detonate. It also will not detonate if it is in close proximity to a target that is hit. In extreme temperatures, the missile will only burn (no detonation or explosion). 9, record 2, English, - insensitive%20ammunition
