May 17 was first known as the "International Day against Homophobia" and mainstreamed through its acronym "I.DA.HO." In 2009, Transphobia was added explicitly in the title of the name, in the recognition of the very different issues at stake between sexual orientation and gender expression. "IDAHOT" became another popular acronym used alongside the initial one. Since 2015, Biphobia is added to the title, to acknowledge the specific issues faced by bisexual people. 5, record 1, English, - International%20Day%20Against%20Homophobia%2C%20Transphobia%20and%20Biphobia

Set of hypotheses on the subject of human behaviour that, in the opinion of McGregor, characterise bad managers. These are : the average man avoids work if he can because he does not like it. The majority of people need to be controlled and threatened with punishment before they make an adequate effort. The average person prefers to be lead, avoids responsibility, is not ambitious enough and prefers security. 3, record 4, French, - th%C3%A9orie%20X

When the members of an appellate court cannot reach full agreement, a split decision occurs. A split decision is distinct from a unanimous decision in which all the judges join in agreement. In a split decision, the will of the majority of the judges is binding, and one member of the majority delivers the opinion of the court itself. One or more members of the minority can also write a dissent, which is a critical explanation of the minority's reasons for not joining in the majority decision. A court that reaches a split decision is called a divided court. 2, record 5, English, - split%20decision

Referenda would be optional. Authorities could resort to this mechanism when they deem if necessary. In our opinion, given the heterogeneous nature of the country, the draft legislation should stipulate a double majority : a national majority and a majority in each of the four regions(Atlantic region, Quebec, Ontario, the West). 1, record 16, English, - double%20majority

1, record 16, French, - double%20majorit%C3%A9
