The party campaigns on the promotion of direct democracy, protection of Canadian heritage and environmental sustainability, while opposing urban sprawl onto farmland, big business and unionization. The party's proposed health care plan would "give individuals more responsibility over their own health care"; however, it would not support a two-tier health care system. If elected, the party would hold a referendum on the French Language Services Act and halt all multicultural funding. 2, record 1, English, - Ontario%20Provincial%20Confederation%20of%20Regions%20Party

The pre-trial exchange of an expert report as a condition precedent to its admissibility is not, strictly, a "discovery" device, since the party must exchange only those reports on which he intends to rely at trial. Nevertheless, it curtails unnecessary surprise and lawyers’ "’poker-playing’ habits of keeping their best cards up their sleeves. "It allows an opposing counsel to prepare for cross-examination and an opposing expert to prepare to testify concerning the opinions expressed in the report. The United Secretariat of the Fourth International(USFI) is a Trotskyist international organisation. Its major section is the Revolutionary Communist League in France. The USFI was created in 1963 by the merger of the International Secretariat of the Fourth International(ISFI) and the U. S. Socialist Workers Party together with its factional allies, constituting a large minority of the International Committee of the Fourth International(ICFI). These groups had been on opposing sides of the split in the Fourth International in 1953. The SWP had always been viewed as the organisation in the ICFI closest to the ISFI, and the key factor in the rapproachment was their shared positive perspective on the Cuban Revolution. 1, record 17, English, - United%20Secretariat%20of%20the%20Fourth%20International

"Adversary", which can act as both noun and adjective, is the legal term used in phrases such as an "adversary relationship". E.g., "The need to develop all relevant facts in the adversary system is both fundamental and comprehensive." "Adversarial" is not listed in any dictionary, though it is fairly common in place of the adjective "adversary". E.g., "Rarely does this type of adversarial ("read adversary") relationship exist between school authorities and pupils." ... In some contexts, "adversarial" connotes animosity (adversarial conferences), whereas "adversary" is a neutral, clinical word... "Adversarial" may develop a differentiation in sense that will justify its existence; until that time, it is best avoided. 3, record 20, English, - adversary%20proceeding
