"Actual eviction" refers to the physical dispossession of the tenant from the premises. This may occur by a reentry by the landlord and the physical expulsion of the tenant; expulsion by legal proceedings(such as ejectment), or by a reentry made by a third party under a claim of title which is paramount or superior to the landlord's title(a so-called eviction by title paramount).(The Arnold Encyclopedia of Real Estate, 1978, p. 276). 1, record 18, English, - actual%20eviction

Since 1978, the Oceanic Flux Program(OFP) time-series sediment traps have continuously measured particle fluxes in the deep Sargasso Sea. The OFP program is by far the longest time-series of its kind, and has produced a unique record of temporal variability in the "biological pump". Results provided the first direct evidence for the existence of seasonality in the deep ocean, and evidence that fluxes of both biogenic and abiogenic materials to the deep ocean were directly linked to seasonal patterns in upper ocean productivity. The time-series particle flux record has documented significant interannual and longer timescale variability in material fluxes to the deep ocean, and in the composition of the sinking material. The record is now becoming long enough to identify and study longer-term periodicities and quasi-decadal trends in material fluxes to the deep ocean, and their coherence with North Atlantic climate variations. The Oceanic Flux Program provides new insights into interannual variability and decadal scale changes in ocean functioning. This information is of paramount importance for predicting future, possibly anthropogenically induced, climate changes. In my time as a Nuclear Operator at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station, I spent approximately three years as a Supervised Control Panel Operator. This job involved, among other duties, the performance of a large variety of tests on the reactor components and instrumentation. Communication and leadership skills were of paramount importance to the execution of these tests. Each test involved the coordinated activities of up to ten operators, mechanics and control technicians, with the lead role assumed by myself. I had to ensure that each person involved in the test understood their role precisely and was prepared to follow my orders. Some of the more sensitive tests could have had adverse consequences for both reactor systems and for personnel safety, so it was essential that my communication skills and leadership abilities be well developed. 3, record 24, English, - supervised%20control%20panel%20operator

The principle of cheesemaking involves the coagulation of milk protein followed by the separation of the resultant curds and whey(solid and liquid). Much more is now known of the science of cheesemaking, but the process remains very much a skill and a craft. Recipes are available for many varieties but the skill of the cheesemaker remains paramount. Changes in the milk, the seasons, how the cultures behave during the making process, all these, as well as the actual maturing process, affect the end results. 2, record 30, English, - cheesemaking

The origin of the circular connector can be traced to the early days of the motion picture industry, as studio lighting required a connector that could not be accidentally disengaged. This need was met in 1925 with the introduction of a receptacle and a plug with a mechanical locking ring. Called the "M"(motion picture) Series, it was developed by Robert Cannon, founder of Cannon Electric(now ITT Cannon). The "P"(Paramount Studios) Series was developed for sound cameras in the late 1920's and introduced features still in use today; die cast shells, molded pin inserts and latch locking devices. The "F"(Fox Studios) Series incorporated the familiar threaded coupling ring used on many popular connector series today. 2, record 31, English, - connector%20series

Situation theory tries to make the situation, or context, paramount... because human intelligence is not logical and cannot be captured by computers that "think" by logical deduction. It could break through the logjam that has kept true progress toward artificial intelligence at a virtual standstill for decades. paramountcy : The legislation of the Parliament of the Dominion, so long as it strictly relates to subjects of legislation expressly enumerated in s. 91, is of paramount authority, even though it trenches upon matters assigned to the provincial legislatures by s. 92 : see Tennant v. Union Bank of Canada,(1894) A. C. 31. There can be a domain in which provincial and Dominion legislation may overlap, in which case neither legislation will be ultra vires if the field is clear, but if the field is not clear and the two legislations meet the Dominion legislation must prevail; see Grand Trunk [Railway] of Canada v. 1, record 66, French, - th%C3%A9orie%20de%20la%20primaut%C3%A9%20des%20lois%20f%C3%A9d%C3%A9rales
