The Swedish company Berema AB has now developed a military version of the Pionjar ["a" tréma] portable, petrol-driven power drill. This version has more than 20 different tools and accessories which enable the Pionjar to pierce anchoring holes and split rock, to break up concrete, to dig and compact soil or railway sleeper ballast, to grind and drill through steel and to pump water.
