More specifically, by way of example, in one exemplary embodiment of the invention, the TTS [text-to-speech] markup generated by the conversion module can be defined using Speech Synthesis Markup Language(SSML). SSML is a proposed specification being developed via the World Wide Web Consortium(W3C), which can be implemented to control the speech synthesizer. The SSML specification defines XML(Extensible Markup Language) elements for describing how elements of a text string are to be pronounced. For example, SSML defines a "prosody" element to control the pitch, speaking rate and volume of speech output. 1, record 1, English, - Speech%20Synthesis%20Markup%20Language

The gyropilot, commonly called an automatic pilot, consists basically of three devices, each of which detects disturbances of the aircraft in one plane and corrects for these disturbances by moving the appropriate control : the rudder control for azimuth and sudden change in heading(yaw) disturbances, aileron control for roll disturbance, and elevator control for pitch disturbance. In modern gyropilots rate detection forms the principal reference and displacement detection plays a secondary role. 6, record 15, English, - automatic%20pilot

3, record 17, French, - suspension%20active

Record number: 27, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The two principal means of limiting rotor power in high operational wind speeds-stall regulation and pitch regulation... Stall regulated machines require speed regulation. As wind speed increases, providing the rotor speed is held constant, flow angles over the blade sections... The blades become increasingly stalled and this limits power to acceptable levels without any additional active control. For this to work, the speed of the WT [wind turbine] rotor must be held essentially constant and this is achieved through the connection of the electric generator to the grid. 4, record 27, English, - stall%20regulation

The tail rotor assembly is made up of a mast, hub, two scissors assemblies, four pitch control rods, slider, spider, four dampers, four blades and control(extension) rod.... The variation of the collective pitch of the blades for the thrust control is possible due to a translational movement(inwards and outwards) of the four pitch control rods. The spider-slider assembly rotates together with the hub-blades system and translates together with the extension rod, which is moved by a servoactuator system. The two scissors assemblies keep the spider-slider assembly rotating together with the hub. The dampers have the function of damping the lag movement. 2, record 43, English, - spider

Stabilisation and orientation [of a space vehicle] by inertial flywheels consists in accurately aligning the axes of three flywheels with the axes of reference(roll, pitch and yaw). When one of these flywheels is moved in yaw by an electric motor, its angular moment increases and the vehicle is subjected to a reactive couple. Inertial flywheels provide very fine control of orientation or stabilisation, because the couples set up may be very small. 1, record 51, English, - stabilisation%20by%20inertial%20flywheel

2, record 65, French, - perturbation%20d%27attitude%20en%20roulis

V-bar : Flight Director Indicator... The V-bar command indicator is a pair of yellow, wedge-shaped V-bars that move up or down to command a climb or descent, and roll left or right to command a bank. The flight director system commands the V-bars to capture and track the selected heading or radio signals; or to maintain a desired pitch angle, glidepath, or an optimum speed during SC(speed command) operation. To satisfy the commands, the aircraft is maneuvered so that the airplane symbol is flown into the V-bars until the two are aligned. Input signals to the V-bars depend upon the mode of operation. The V-bars are biased from view by the instrument failure warning system; when loss of signal occurs, or sensing circuits fail that are associated with the selected mode of operation. In modern gyropilots rate detection forms the principal reference and displacements detection plays a secondary role. The Ausroc 3(A3) launch vehicle has a liquid fuelled motor that burns JA-1 kerosene with liquid oxygen, and uses regenerative cooling. The motor produces 35 kN at sea level and has a burn time of 80 seconds. The motor is gimballed to facilitate pitch and yaw control. The wall of the combustion chamber, throat and expansion nozzle consists of 102 stainless steel tubes stacked side by side running parallel to the motor axis. The tubes will be brazed together and the assembly wrapped in a carbon fibre composite. The composite wrapping is used to relieve to tubes of the hoop stress generated by the combustion pressure(2 MPa), whilst the tubes contain the combustion heat(3500 K). The top end of the motor has a kerosene inlet manifolt, oxygen dome and injector block. The kerosene inlet manifold delivers kerosene to every second motor tube, where it travels down to the arse end of the motor. Here it enters the lower kerosene manifold which is a simple plenum ring. This allows the kerosene to flow into the other alternate tubes which deliver it back up to the inlet manifold. The inlet manifold then directs the kerosene to the injector block, which sprays it and the liquid oxygen into the combustion chamber. 2, record 81, English, - liquid%20fuelled%20motor

Automatically controlled two-bladed propeller.... Designated the Variostat HO-V62A, it is designed for engines up to 100HP... It is automatically protected against overspeed in all flight conditions and maintains constant speed from take-off onwards. All adjustments within the variable-pitch range can be made without the use of a control lever or selector in the cockpit. The pitch change mechanism has its own oil system.... Four adjustments are possible on the ground : fine pitch, coarse pitch, maximum rpm and rpm for reversion to fine pitch. 1, record 96, English, - automatically%20controlled%20two%2Dbladed%20propeller
