In recent years, the performance of supercomputers skyrocketed, and at the same time, the access for data scientists to high performance computing technologies has been democratized, offering to policy makers the unprecedented opportunity for creating tailored policy using a completely synthetic population. Policy simulation models can take as input synthetic individuals that resemble the actual ones but are stripped out of their identities, as they are synthetic by design. Synthetic individuals are created by interlinking census data, behavioural surveys and other available data sets and the result is a synthetic population with average statistics similar to the actual one by design, to the point that one is not able to tell if an individual belongs to the real or to the synthetic population, with the advantage of being relieved of most privacy concerns. 3, record 2, English, - synthetic%20person

3, record 2, French, - personne%20synth%C3%A9tique

At each iteration, similar clusters are merged until all of the data points are part of one big root cluster. 1, record 20, English, - agglomerative%20hierarchy%20clustering%20algorithm

The first Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas was carried out from 1981-1985, and involved the efforts of over 1, 300 volunteers who collectively carried out more than 120, 000 hours of field work. This resulted in a data base of over 400, 000 bird-locality records, giving unprecedented information on the breeding distribution of birds in Ontario. These results were summarized in the 1987 publication Atlas of the Breeding Birds of Ontario, edited by M. D. Cadman, P. F. J. Eagles, and F. M. Helleiner, which was jointly produced by the Federation of Ontario Naturalists and Long Point Bird Observatory. 1, record 58, English, - Atlas%20of%20the%20Breeding%20Birds%20of%20Ontario

1, record 72, French, - Assistant%20%2D%20R%C3%A8glement%20de%20zonage%20a%C3%A9roportuaire

In his PhD thesis, J. W. G. Gilbey(1968) cited a maximum formational temperature for the gold-lodes of 535°C at a pressure of 2. 4 kbar. These figures were based on the upper stability limit for co-existing pyrite and arsenopyrite(temperature) and a burial depth approaching 10 km(pressure).... More recently, three new temperature estimates for the gold-lodes have been produced, based on fluid inclusions, sulphur isotope exchange and mineral stability data... These data all point to formational temperatures for the lodes of around 300°C, with an estimated pressure of 1. 8 kbar. These figures would seem to be much more reasonable. 3, record 82, English, - formational%20temperature

A technical indicator is a series of data points that are derived by applying a formula to the price data of a security. Price data includes any combination of the open, high, low or close over a period of time. Some indicators may use only the closing prices, while others incorporate volume and open interest into their formulas. The price data is entered into the formula and a data point is produced. For example, the average of 3 closing prices is one data point((41+43+43)/3=42. 33)... A series of data points over a period of time is required to create valid reference points to enable analysis. By creating a time series of data points, a comparison can be made between present and past levels. For analysis purposes, technical indicators are usually shown in a graphical form above or below a security's price chart. Once shown in graphical form, an indicator can then be compared with the corresponding price chart of the security. 2, record 85, English, - technical%20indicator

Technical indicators look to predict the future price levels, or simply the general price direction, of a security by looking at past patterns.

The IOA was formed in 1973 to serve as the focal point for technology transfer and developments on zone-related issues. For this purpose, IOA has served as the central, worldwide gathering and disseminating point on ozone information, bringing together scientists, engineers, systems designers, technologists, equipment manufacturers, and end users to share their experiences and research data on ozone and other related oxygen compounds. The IOA is not-for-profit educational association which performs its information-sharing functions through sponsorship of international symposia, seminars, publications, and the development personal relationships among ozone specialists throughout the world. 2, record 96, English, - International%20Ozone%20Association

Systematic solar radiation measurements in southern Africa commenced in the early 1950s and pioneering research on the spatial patterns of radiation, using very few data, was first published in 1957 by Drummond and Vowinckel. Schulze and McGee(1978) updated summer and winter solar radiation patterns from subsequent radiation observations using linear interpolative techniques, while Reid(1981) used sunshine duration as a surrogate to derive solar radiation for each month of the year. Reid's distribution patterns, however, remain artifacts of the point distribution of sunshine recording stations. 1, record 99, English, - sunshine%20recording
