Members of the BLT team are at all levels of the organization from support to officer. The make up of the Business Line Team is reviewed annually based on client business plans and service agreements. The Business Line Team is the client's single point of access for staffing, organization design and classification request. It is also responsible for providing these services in the most strategic and cost-efficient way for the client. The Director, HR team will keep the BLT abreast of any client issue, general direction and priority that might impact on service delivery.
