The name polybutylene(PB) refers to commercial semicrystalline resins based on high-molecular-weight isotactic poly(1-butene) homopolymer and copolymer.... PB resins are thermoplastic. They are polyolefins and exhibit strength and toughness in both rigid and flexible end-product forms.
