OBS

Il s'agit d'une tuméfaction du volume d'un œuf de pigeon à celui d'une orange, de consistance molle, qui ne disparaît pas complètement lors de l'extension de l'avant-bras sur le bras et qui augmente lors de la flexion. Cette tuméfaction anormale correspond à la longue portion du biceps qui est détendue par suite de la rupture tendineuse.
