"Cost and Freight" means that the seller chooses the ship and pays the ocean freight up to the named port. The seller carries out the loading on the ship as well as the export customs formalities if required. Delivery is accomplished when the goods are on board the ship at the port of loading. A membrane-based process (RO) was used to preconcentrate the plant’s wastewater, thus minimizing the feed volume to the Ionics RCC Evaporators. The RO product water is returned to the cooling tower for makeup and the RO reject is fed to two Ionics RCC Brine Concentrators which recover the feed as high quality distillate for additional makeup. Subsequently, the evaporator brine is concentrated in a 50 gpm Ionics RCC Crystallizer, producing dry solids for disposal. Total water recovery from the zero liquid discharge system is 98%.

Johansson's ro/ro vessels differ markedly in design from the now-traditional Paralla design. Rather than use a large quarter ramp, the owner prefers twin axial ramps, each slewable, one to port and the other to starboard.
