Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
Drilling vessels that are essentially of ship or barge type, of normal configuration and proportions, and which operate in all conditions as typical surface displacement vessels, are to have scantlings that meet the requirements of "Rules for Building and Classing Steel Vessels" or "Rules for Building and Classing Steel Barges for Offshore Service" of current issue. Additional consideration for unusual loadings due to drilling operations, mooring, etc., and for unusual configurations such as catamarans, outriggers, etc., will be specially considered ... 7, record 1, English, - floating%20drilling%20vessel

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Floating drilling rigs are normally referred to as "drill vessels" or "drilling vessels" and are in the truest sense of the word "vessels. "For a seafaring man, however, they differ in many respects from his general conception of a vessel. [As opposed to the traditional vessel, ] the drill vessel often anchors for weeks and even months at one location. It may move only short distances from well to well. Seldom, if ever, does it need to visit port except for major repair or inspection.... Many drill vessels, semi-submersibles for instance, cannot even be handled in present dry-dock facilities because of their size. 6, record 1, English, - floating%20drilling%20vessel

Vessel. Means every vessel which by means of its special outfit, purpose, design, or function engages in certain industrial ventures. Included in this classification are such vessels as drill rigs, missile range ships, dredges, cable layers, derrick barges, pipe lay barges, construction and wrecking barges. Excluded from this classification are vessels carrying freight for hire or engaged in oceanography, limnology, or the fishing industry. 6, record 1, English, - floating%20drilling%20vessel

Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
A typical micronic type filter... utilizes an element made of specially treated paper which is formed in vertical convolutions(wrinkles). An internal spring holds the elements in shape. The micronic element is designed to prevent the passage of solids greater than 10 microns(0. 000394 inch) in size. In the event that the filter element becomes clogged, the spring loaded relief valve in the filter head will bypass the fluid after a differential pressure of 50 p. s. i. has been built up. Hydraulic fluid enters the filter through the inlet port in the filter body and flows around the element inside the bowl. Filtering takes place as the fluid passes through the element into the hollow core, leaving the foreign material on the outside of the element. 3, record 2, English, - micron%20filter

The Concord grape originated in 1854 and was discovered by E. W. Bull. The berries have a heavy wax bloom with blue skin and pale green flesh. Berry and bunch size is medium with a somewhat compact conical cluster shape. The Concord's skin is reasonably durable and separates easily from its pulpy flesh. Its primary use is for juice and jam/jelly preserves, and for fresh market consumption. Many years ago, the Concord was used in port wines but that is no longer acceptable for premium wine production in Ontario. 1, record 3, English, - Concord%20grape
