At some levels of beginning play, some coaches decide to have players play the position they rotate into rather than specialize. This concept is called generalization. When generalization is used, there's no need to discuss rotational transition, in which players move to their assigned front-or back-row position on the contact of the serve. With generalization, players simply stay where they are-a different position in every rotation. 1, record 9, English, - generalization

A sound curling delivery requires accomplishment in four technical areas. Alignment, Timing, Balance, and Release. The delivery must be straight, the movements properly coordinated, the body in balance, and the release controlled and consistent. As each skill improves, so does accuracy. In addition to the technical aspects, a sound curling delivery requires a delicate "feel" for weight, and sound mental skills. 5, record 20, English, - delivery

The technical term is "delivery": it bears all the efficiency needed to position a rock on the intended target. 4, record 20, French, - lancer

The roll-out, or running, pass is usually a short pass-five or six yards-and can be «thrown» into the flat easily. It is usually a true option run-pass which helps offset a strong pass rush from the inside. Although it doesn’t take a great passer to execute this play, the roll-out pass does require a considerable amount of time and practice to perfect. The quarterback sprints out at controlled speed, while holding the ball in a «ready position» and looks immediately to the area he is running toward. 1, record 75, English, - roll%2Dout%20pass

1, record 75, French, - passe%20hors%20l%27aile

Treatment of wrist sprains must be based on getting full use of mobility back as soon as possible... Bandaging will help if enough support is given to the wrist without restricting circulation to the fingers. You may find the wrist strap useful if you decide to continue playing with a very mild wrist injury, and as physical(and mental) support when you start to play again after a more serious wrist sprain. Many wrist strappings now available have an absorbent outer covering so that, in position, the support also serves as a sweatband wristlet. 1, record 78, English, - wrist%20support

Concentration. 1, record 79, French, - concentration
