Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
An air pressure wave which moves ahead of the main blast wave for some distance as a result of a nuclear explosion of appropriate yield and low burst height over a heat-absorbing(or dusty) surface. The pressure at the precursor front increases more gradually than in a true(or ideal) shock wave, so that the behaviour in the precursor region is said to be non-ideal. 2, record 1, English, - precursor%20front

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
2, record 1, French, - front%20de%20pression%20pr%C3%A9curseur

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
1, record 1, Spanish, - frente%20previo%20de%20presi%C3%B3n
