The(Public Service Alliance of Canada-Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat) PSAC-TBS Joint Learning Program(JLP) is a negotiated provision in the collective agreements covering PSAC members employed by Treasury Board. The program offers sessions on topics such as interpreting the collective agreement, union management consultation, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination.
