Flexibility refers to the range of motion around a joint.... The ability to successfully perform many movements and skills depends on the range of motion... For instance, to hit a high ball during a soccer game, players have to lift their leg to chest level, so they must be flexible enough to go beyond that level.... Flexibility is not improved in one or two stretching sessions but rather with an ongoing emphasis on statically and dynamically engaging the various muscles and joints with a variety of stretching exercises. 2, record 1, English, - flexibility

Football 5-a-side made its Paralympic debut at the Athens Games in 2004 and is open to athletes with visual impairments. There are five players on each team and the game lasts 50 minutes. Rules are similar to the able-bodied game with a few modifications. The ball makes noise when it moves and everyone, aside from the goalkeeper, uses eye shades to ensure fairness. The goalkeeper may be sighted and act as a guide during the game. Also, the measurements of the field are smaller and there are no offside rulings. 6, record 2, English, - football%205%2Da%2Dside

5, record 58, Spanish, - %C3%A1rbitro

The greatest of the international soccer competitions representing world supremacy in the sport. It is open to any country that is affiliated with FIFA(Fédération Internationale de Football Association), and the finals are played every four years, between the Summer Olympic Games’ years. The competition is essentially open, but each nation is generally represented by its best professional players. The entries(more than 100) are reduced to 14 teams by a series of regional play-offs; along with the defending champions and the host country, they make up the final 16. The final rounds are played in the host country over a period of about three weeks. Three successive performances of a feat by the same individual in a contest. 2, record 99, English, - hat%20trick
Record number: 99, Textual support number: 1 OBS
The oldest use is probably in cricket, where a hat trick is the dismissal by the bowler of 3 batsmen with 3 consecutive balls, for which the bowler apparently received a bonus of new hat. The term is widely used in hockey and soccer to indicate the scoring of 3 goals by one individual in a single game. Originally the hat trick was the scoring of 3 consecutive unanswered goals, but they need not be consecutive or unanswered to qualify as a hat trick today. The term has also been used of a jockey's riding a winner in 3 consecutive races or winners in an annual race for 3 consecutive years. A notable exception to the 3 successive performances which characterize a hat trick in other sports is its occasional use in baseball to mean that a player has hit for the cycle-a single, double, triple, and home run in one game. 2, record 99, English, - hat%20trick
