Audit system in which the major parts of the accounts of a company or organization are not all examined in depth each year, but receive special attention in turn in successive years. The span of time, usually about three years, over which all the major parts are covered is the audit cycle. Auditors usually avoid making their examinations too regular when operating auditing by rotation in order that their visits to sections of the organization should not become too predictable. 1, record 5, English, - auditing%20by%20rotation

Interactive training is the delivery and management of training via CD-ROM, intranet and Internet. Digital movies, animation, graphics and sound develop interest, increase participant attention span and leave a multi-sensory lasting impression. The trainee actively participates in the training/learning sessions by means of a user-friendly interface that empowers the participant with a sense of control over what they are learning and the pace at which they are learning. Repetition, in whole or in part, replaces stress with enjoyment and challenge at a fraction of the cost of traditional approaches. 1, record 6, English, - interactive%20training

Video produced in 1994 by Sneyd Syndicate Inc., Orillia, Ontario. This touching drama describes how a little boy is affected by witnessing his father beating his mother. Seven-year-old Jonathan is having trouble at school. He has a quick temper, a short attention span and he is reluctant to tell anyone what's troubling him. A black-eyed Susan in a bouquet of flowers reminds him of his mother's black eye and his father's violence, so Jonathan refuses to go home. When his mother comes to pick him up, the abuse is revealed, and Jonathan's family gets the help they need. The aim of this film is to show children in similar situations that there are things they can do to help themselves. 1, record 8, English, - Black%2DEyed%20Susan
