The basic structure comprises of couple shear walls at the wings and lift core walls at the centre to resist lateral wind load. Large panel construction in the form of table and wall formwork is used for casting the floor and structural shear walls. It will save time when the form work is handled as one unit and the table form can produce a surface neater than conventional plywood formwork. The concreting cycle for one floor is 9 days.

In modern architectural design, the desire for large glass areas in the exterior wall has stimulated the use of prefabricated panels in curtain wall that are simply building skins with no load-bearing characteristics. Extruded aluminum or steel sections(called mullions) similar to I beams are placed over the frame. Between these mullions, windows and spandrel panels of aluminum, structural glass, marble, or precast concrete are attached. The spandrel panel is located between the head of one window and the sill of the window above.

June 2006. The Crawford Panel on a Single Canadian Securities Regulator today released its final report titled "A Blueprint for a Canadian Securities Commission". The final report incorporates input received from consultations earlier this year with market participants, regulators and government representatives. The report recommends a practical structural solution that addresses the weaknesses inherent in the current multi-jurisdictional system of securities regulation in Canada. Also known as : Crawford Report.
