A typical approach to save vehicle weight is the substitution of conventional materials for higher-strength materials of the same density or by materials of lesser density but similar strength. In the first case, less material is needed (as with high-strength steel); in the second, the higher strength-to-weight ratio of lighter metals (aluminum, titanium, magnesium) results in direct weight reduction. 3, record 1, English, - strength%2Dto%2Dweight%20ratio

3, record 1, French, - rapport%20r%C3%A9sistance%2Dpoids

The present invention relates to a modular nuclear fuel element, which can be adapted by an assembly system allowing it to be used in different nuclear power plants with horizontal and vertical cooling channels. The module is a cluster of parallel fuel rods mounted as circular concentric crowns and supported by a structural system. It has a single diameter fuel rod array where the ratio of the heat transfer area to the transverse rod area is higher than 330. It also has self-supporting fuel element spacer grids, which are collapsible sheaths attached to them with fewer than 13 welded end stoppers. 2, record 3, English, - fuel%20element%20spacer%20grid

inosilicate : A class or structural type of silicate characterized by the linkage of the SiO4 tetrahedra into linear chains by the sharing of oxygens. In a simple chain, e. g. pyroxenes, two oxygens are shared; in a double chain or band, e. g. amphiboles, half the SiO4 tetrahedra share three oxygens and the other half share two.
