1, record 1, French, - s%C3%A9quence%20vid%C3%A9o%20cod%C3%A9e

Cascade classifiers may be used to implement rare object detection in images. Such a cascade classifier comprises a plurality of detection stages that have been trained to detect whether a given image is part of or contains a type of rare object, such as a face. The cascade classifier comprises a plurality of detection stages, with each detection stage deciding whether to accept the image and propagate it to a subsequent stage or to reject the image and label it as a negative. Traditionally, when dealing with patients, medical practitioners bill only for face-to-face consultations. Nowadays, a significant portion of a doctor's billable time is spent in consulting with patients over the telephone and speaking to other doctors about patients. Both due to traditional and administrative hurdles, such time is rarely, if ever, billed out. As a result, private medical practitioners can only afford to spend a limited amount of unremunerated time consulting by telephone. Whilst a face-to-face consultation is usually necessary to make a full clinical diagnosis, in many cases, it is possible to provide a certain level of advice remotely(especially for subsequent consultations). 1, record 3, English, - face%2Dto%2Dface%20consultation

Though mitigation policies are being put in place, it appears that the only sustainable solution would be to actively clean the near-Earth orbits. For the last decade, political, economic and legal obstacles have been slowing down the implementation of space debris removal.... Most of the objects are less than 1 cm(0. 39 inches) in diameter. This also includes dust from solid rocket motors, paint chips and other small debris that flaked from satellite systems. Many systems that include nets, large sails and other structures are only effective for objects that can be grasped and provide poor capture of on-orbit debris for subsequent de-orbit and, indeed, can be damaged by other impacts, contributing to the debris problem on orbit. 4, record 7, English, - space%20debris%20removal

Steam reformers are systems that produce synthesis gas, a mixture of carbon monoxide(CO) and hydrogen(H2). In this process, light hydrocarbons such as natural gas are separated-using hot water vapor and a catalyst-into CO and H2. The intention of presplitting is to attain the same advantages as with smooth blasting. As opposed to smooth blasting, presplitting is used to blast the contour holes before the actual round is fired. Presplitting produces a crack in the rock between the contour holes at which the rock then loosens during the subsequent bench blasting. Because the holes are so closely spaced, crack formation follows the rows of holes and the holes themselves form crack indications. This means that uncharged holes between charged holes can improve the result when so required... 3, record 98, English, - presplitting
