Methods for isolation and purification of beta-galactosidase from Bacillus subtilis, st. IBP-101 are described. The bacterial cells were disrupted by different procedures such as freezing and thawing with subsequent autolysis at 37 degrees C, disrupting in a French press DKM-3 or in ultrasonic desintegrators UZDN-1(USSR) and Soniprep-150. Alternate formation and collapse of vapour bubbles. If, at some point in the normal water flow, the fluid pressure equals the vapour pressure at the temperature of the fluid, the liquid will vaporize; a cavity or void will form. Ultrasonic oscillators have been successfully used in a number of extraction procedures... The application of ultrasonics in liquid creates the phenomenon of cavitation...
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 CONT
3, record 4, French, - cavitation

The procedure of the elimination of nitrogen dissolved in the body by breathing nitrogen-free gas such as oxygen or a mixture such as oxygen and helium. The former process is also known as pre-oxygenation. The procedure is used as a means of reducing the probability of the occurrence of Decompression Sickness upon subsequent exposure to altitude. 1, record 14, English, - denitrogenation

1, record 14, French, - d%C3%A9nitrog%C3%A9nation%20en%20azote
