The target group of EVE's exchange program is 14-to 17-year-olds from Canadian communities of diverse cultural and ecological make-up whose economies and environments are suffering. The six-week program involves training, exchange, and presentation segmens. By the end of the program, each participant will develop a video action plan, or solution, for his/her own environment. Participants present their action plans as a festival, healt at the end of the program.
