In this paper a high thrust, cryogenic bleed cycle engine, to be used for propulsion of future reusable booster stages(liquid fly back boosters), of an expendable heavy lift launcher, is analyzed. The system configuration remains unchanged, in terms of total available fuel and the number of engines, hereas the variation of the engine parameters result in a change of total system mass and payload capacity. Different arrangements of bleed cycles are being analyzed, and compared with each other. The paper describes a simplified heat transfer model, used in the analysis of the suggested cycles. The thrust chamber design is discussed and a preliminary design of the booster vehicle, including a trajectory analysis, is presented.

The North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission(NEAFC) was established, in its current form, in 1980, by the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries. The first regional fisheries organization in the Northeast Atlantic, however, was the Permanent Commission established under the terms of the 1946 Convention for the Regulation of Meshes of Fishing Nets and the Size Limits of Fish. That Convention only allowed for a limited range of powers, however, and in 1959 a new Convention was concluded, establishing the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission with wider powers than the Permanent Commission. NEAFC was effectively reborn in 1980, however, following the general extension of fishery limits to 200 miles and after seven EC member countries denounced the 1959 Convention and withdrew from the Commission.

The Toulouse Space Centre(CST) has become a unique technical and operational centre in terms of both its size and the scope of its activities. Working in partnership with French industry, the CST develops complete space systems right through to their operational commissioning(e. g. positioning the Arabsat series), contributes to instrument design and development, participates in science projects and leads research or application programmes such as Spot, Hélios, Télécom, Argos and Sarsat-Cospas on behalf of CNES or space users. The CST is also responsible for the positioning and station-keeping of all satellites in CNES's charge. Its capabilities in the field of satellite operations are so renowned that it is used by French prime contractors to orbit satellites for operators outside France. The Toulouse Space Centre also runs a major research and technology programme. Its many technical facilities are used to investigate and analyse new basic technologies and to design future space systems.
