After the close of each day's trading, the records of all [Vancouver Stock Exchange and Alberta Stock Exchange] trades are used to produce a clearing report which is issued to each member for verification. Clearing reports summarize each day's trading input alphabetically and by time. Data include : the buying or selling member; the security bought or sold including name, number, ticker symbol; shares traded and price; total trade and value; time of each trade and each floor ticket number.

Chaque jour, après la clôture des négociations, on utilise les relevés de toutes les opérations à la Bourse de Vancouver et à la Bourse de l'Alberta afin de produire un relevé de compensation (...) publié à l'intention de chaque membre aux fins de vérification. Les relevés de compensation résument chaque entrée d'opérations de la journée en ordre alphabétique et selon l'heure. Les données comprennent: le nom du membre acheteur ou vendeur; le titre vendu ou acheté, avec le nom, le numéro et le symbole du téléscripteur; les actions négociées et leurs cours, la valeur globale des opérations, l'heure d'exécution de chaque opération et chaque numéro de fiche de vente.
