Our model is of a Scaffolding Crane. The main objective of this project was to devise a way to elevate roughly 300 pounds of equipment from the floor to the top of the scaffolding. The maximum range the transporter must move is from the floor up to the top of the fourth tier of scaffolding or 16 feet. 4, record 1, English, - scaffolding%20crane

A number of design approaches were taken to control the sheet flutter problem, including changes in the pocket geometry and the use of air doctors to divert the more damaging air currents. However, the most widely utilized stratagem on existing machines was to switch to a single-felt configuration for the first dryer section where the sheet is most prone toward wrinkling. In the so-called serpentine felt run, the bottom felt is eliminated and the top felt follows the sheet and wraps both the top and bottom dryers. Thus, the felt supports the sheet in the draws between top and bottom dryer cylinders, but also runs between the sheet and the bottom dryer surfaces. The serpentine felt run is effective in controlling sheet flutter up to a point, but instabilities are still evident at higher speeds. Unfortunately, with this arrangement, the bottom tier of dryer cylinders becomes redundant. 1, record 2, English, - serpentine%20felt%20run

1, record 2, French, - feutre%20serpentin

High level palletizers... pick up the product at a level above the height of a full pallet and form the tier pattern on a bed. The pallet is raised to the bed level, and the product is transferred... to the pallet. Then, the pallet is lowered one layer, and the next tier is formed in the same manner and placed atop the first. This process continues until the pallet reaches the prescribed height. It is then transferred out to be replaced by an empty pallet which is raised to the bed for a repetition of the process. 3, record 3, English, - high%20level%20palletizer
