The Gelderland, also known as the Gelderlander, is a warmblood horse which originated in the sandy, mid-eastern province of the same name in the Netherlands. Gelderland horses trace their ancestry to native mares of the Gelderland province who where crossed with Andalusian, Neapolitan, Norman, Norfolk Roadster and Holstein stallions. In the nineteenth century East Friesian, Oldenburg, Hackney and Thoroughbred blood was introduced. Gelderlanders were originally bred as utility horses, to work the land as well as provide transportation. Today, the Gelderland is an elegant carriage horse and also possesses talent as a show jumper. Its action is flowing and the breed has an effective high-stepping trot. 2, record 2, English, - Gelderland%20horse

Gelderland [...] 1, record 2, Spanish, - Gelderland

Altering the composition of the gaseous environment which a food product contacts reduces the rate of microbiological growth and enzymatic action, reduces the rate of oxidation, and also retards the loss of product water content through respiration of differential water-vapor pressure.... Controlled atmosphere packaging(CAP) means actually controlling the total gaseous environment the product experiences. In commercial practice, it usually means lowering the oxygen and raising the CO2 and assuring that O2 does not diminish to extinction while the respiratory gases are swept out. Current devices licensed for administration of smallpox vaccine in the United States include the bifurcated needle... The objective is to penetrate the stratum corneum layer of the skin and deliver a small amount of vaccine to the deep epidermis.... This simple device is easy to use, uses a very small amount(0. 0025 ml) of smallpox vaccine, and provides standardization of vaccine administration. The needle is dipped into reconstituted vaccine and the small volume is held between the two tines by capillary action.... WHO [World Health Organization] and CDC [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] guidelines call for the needle to be held at a 90° angle(perpendicular) to the skin and the vaccine administered by 15 strokes to an area of about 5 mm diameter. The strokes should be sufficiently vigorous to produce a trace of blood at the vaccination site. 3, record 5, English, - bifurcated%20needle
Record number: 5, Textual support number: 2 CONT
The bifurcated needle is approximately 2-1/2 inches long with a very small two-pronged needle at one end. The prongs have a very small opening between them that holds the vaccine to be applied to the arm. The prongs are 1/16 inches long and are used to pierce the outer layer of the skin only. 4, record 5, English, - bifurcated%20needle

Gestural communication is an ubiquitous part of collaboration in both physical and virtual shared workspaces. Gestures are used to indicate objects or locations to others, to trace paths, and to demonstrate an action or manipulations before it happens. However, gestural communication with telepointers is often hard to see and hard to interpret. This is because telepointers are small, gestures usually happen quickly, and network delays often make telepointer motion jumpy compared with a local mouse cursor. 2, record 6, English, - gestural%20communication

2, record 6, French, - communication%20gestuelle
