Typically, the gyroscope model will consist of the following error sources :(1) Anisoinertia,(2) Angular quantization,(3) Bias,(4) Exponentially correlated random drift,(5) G and G-squared coefficients,(6) Input axis misalignment,(7) Scale factor error, and(8) Turn-on transient.

OBS

When the gyro is subjected to angular rates about the input and spin axes, and the moments of inertia about these axes are unequal, a torque is developed about the output axis that is proportional to the difference of the inertias about the input and spin axes multiplied by the product of the rates about these two axes.

Dans cette étude de la quantification, le mouvement est supposé le résultat d'échanges de matière entre l'électron et le proton. Ces échanges prennent place dans toutes les directions de l'espace. De ce fait la rotation orbitale doit être considérée comme le résultat d'une action mécanique qui agit dans deux directions orthogonales. En d'autres termes la rotation peut être considérée comme la somme de deux rotations orthogonales. Il en résulte que le champ magnétique qui correspond à une action sur une seule direction de plans ne peut modifier que la moitié de l'action associée à la rotation. D'autre part les doublets ont en fait pour origine la possibilité pour l'électron de pouvoir tourner pour une même quantification angulaire avec une masse constante ou variable indépendamment de la vitesse radiale et rien n'indique que les doublets correspondent à des états de spin-up et de spin-down.
