The cashew nutshell liquid(CNSL) or cashew shell oil is a natural resin found in the honeycomb structure of the cashew nutshell. It consists of about 90% anacardic acids and 10% cardol. Both substances are dermatogenic, similarly to the oils of the poison ivy, and present danger during manual cashew processing. It is a raw material of multiple uses in developing drugs, antioxidants, fungicides, etc. It is used in tropical folk medicine and for anti-termite treatment of timber. 2, record 4, English, - cashew%20nutshell%20liquid

2, record 4, French, - baume%20de%20cajou

Frying your food is not particularly advisable because it turns the fats into unhealthy molecules. However, you can make frying less unhealthy by frying with oils that are relatively resistant to the harmful destruction that happens to oils when you heat them. In order of preference, the best oils for frying are : butter, tropical fats, high oleic sunflower oil, high oleic safflower oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, canola oil, and olive oil. 2, record 7, English, - high%2Doleic%20safflower%20oil
