The drawing apparatus does not project an image originating from the microscope, it rather adds an external image, that of the drawing, to the one normally observed in the microscope eyepiece.... The drawing attachment described here fits easily between the binocular tube and the tube support of a Wild compound microscope. It is a tubular piece, protruding horizontally to the left or the right hand of the observer.... Similar "drawing tubes" for camera lucida viewing with stereomicroscopes are also available. Because each ocular in the stereomicroscope produces an image of the specimen from a different angle, both images together give the impression of 3D-vision, but obviously, the drawing picked up from the drawing tube can be superimposed with only one of the two members of the stereopair. 1, record 1, English, - drawing%20tube

The Vacutainer needle is pointed at both ends, with one end shorter than the other. The long end of the needle is used for insertion into the vein, the shorter end is used to pierce the rubber stopper of the vacuum tube and usually is covered by a rubber sheath. The sheath makes it possible to draw several tubes of blood by preventing leakage of blood as tubes are changed, this is called a multi-draw needle. If the short end is not covered with a rubber sheath, it is a single sample needle and only one tube of blood can be collected. 1, record 3, English, - multi%2Ddraw%20needle
