In Canada, E-85 ethanol blended fuel(a mixture of ethanol and gasoline) is manufactured and available in a range of concentrations from 65 per cent for cold climates(winter) up to 85 per cent ethanol content for warmer climates(summer). Only flex-fuel vehicles(equipped with an engine and fuel system that are compatible with E-85 fuel) can operate on this fuel, although they can also operate on gasoline or any combination of these two fuels. Door bottoms. The gap below doors is one of the worst draft areas in many houses. There are several types of weatherstripping for the bottom of a door.

In a broad sense, it is used to describe a type or class of weatherstripping used to seal the gap at the bottom of a door and includes weatherstripping attached to the floor or threshold as well as weatherstripping affixed to the bottom of the door itself(i. e., full threshold weatherstripping, partial threshold weatherstripping, door bottoms and door sweeps). The door shall be end hung (270 degree swing). Closure shall be by the gravity lock device, which retains door in both the (270 degree) open position as well as in the (0 degree) closed position. The door will easily hold in the open position for cart loading. Door overlap (when in open position) is 3.2 inches. Hinges are fully protected by the cart’s top and base when the door is closed for transport.

There is an extremely important design consideration when constructing and installing pull-outs in a cabinet behind doors. The European hinge, that is often used, has the ability to open in less than the space it requires for door overlap. In effect, the door mounted with these hinges opens in a space less than 5/8" which puts the edge of the door slightly inside the face frame opening. While this feature is extremely beneficial, particularly when two doors are close together, it means that a pull-out will rub or hit the door. To provent this, 1" by 2" cleats are installed on the interior of the carcass, and the drawer glides are mounted to the cleats.

The MLG [main landing gear] retracts inwards into the fuselage wheel well. Each MLG has two doors. The outboard door is rigidly attached at the strut. The inboard door operates by mechanical linkage to the strut and is held in up position by two uplock cylinders. This uplock is released when landing gear lever is placed in down position by hydraulic pressure, or by nitrogen pressure in emergency. The MLG is held, while airborne, in retracted position by hydraulic pressure in the actuator and by the inboard door mechanical uplock, if pressure drops. As the gear is extended, an internal lock in the actuator automatically locks it in fully extended positions.

This is stopped off on board by rope stoppers, the procedure is to slip both stoppers and lower the bight of cable back onto the seabed. These consist of a number of lift cars carrying two people which move continually upwards and then down attached to an endless chain.
