The Greenland Sea Project(GSP) was aimed at observing and modelling the atmospheric, ice, oceanic and biological processes relevant to understanding the role of the Nordic Seas in the climate system. The project was developed and coordinated under the auspices of the Arctic Ocean Sciences Board(AOSB) and was co-sponsored by ICES.
