The collision clause also provides, in the final paragraph(sometimes known as the "sister ship clause") for the case of two vessels belonging to the same owner coming into collision. In such a case, ship A, having been damaged by ship B owing to the fault of the latter, though entitled to recover from her own underwriter for the actual damage sustained, would not have been able to recover loss of profit while repairing, because the common owner could not sue himself. Cases of this nature are met by the sister ship clause, which provides that, "should the vessel hereby insured come into collision with or receive salvage services from another vessel belonging wholly or in part to the same owners, or under the same management, the assured shall have the same rights under this policy as they would have were the other vessel entirely the property of owners not interested in the vessel hereby insured. Changes in responsibilities continued through the late 1960s. In 1969, as recommended by the Glassco Commission, the position of Comptroller of the Treasury was abolished and departments took responsibility for certifying and authorizing expenditures. The Comptroller's office became part of the Department of Supply and Services. This function remained in PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] as the Receiver General of Canada. In 1978 as part of the government's response to the Auditor General' s Report, a new Office of the Comptroller General was established. While similar in name to the former Comptroller of the Treasury the function was different. The Comptroller General reported to the Treasury Board on financial management program evaluation and internal audit in government departments. As part of this reorganization [in 1993, ] the Office of the Comptroller General of Canada which had existed as a distinct organization separate from the Treasury Board Secretariat since 1978 was amalgamated with the Secretariat and the title and responsibilities for both were delegated to a single individual –Secretary of the Treasury Board and Comptroller General of Canada. In June 2004, following the appointment of the new Comptroller General, a new Office of the Comptroller General(OCG) was established as a distinct organization in TBS [Treasury Board Secretariat]. Consistent with the focus on sound financial management in the OCG, other responsibilities that were under the former Comptrollership Branch now fall elsewhere in the Secretariat. 2, record 46, English, - Comptroller%20General%20of%20Canada

2, record 61, French, - phase%20de%20la%20formation%20des%20aigrettes%20et%20de%20la%20pollinisation

The National Artists Program, a federally funded project held in conjunction with the 2003 Canada Winter Games, will be held in Bathurst and Campbellton, New Brunswick from February 22 to March 8, 2003. The Program will focus on the following four artistic disciplines : Dance, Music, Theatre Arts and Visual Arts. The primary objective is to create artistic works inspired by and representative of the spirit of the Canada Games. The Games motto "Come Celebrate Winter", local settings, Games sporting venues, and the wide diversity of the participants should provide an excellent starting point for these artistic works. Four participants from each province and territory between the ages of 16 and 23 years of age(one in each of the four disciplines) will be featured during the two weeks of the Games. The participant will travel on the chartered airplanes as part of the provincial/territorial teams, the cost being borne by the federal government. The philosophy of the National Artists Program is to "bring together bright and talented young artists from each province and territory(representing a variety of disciplines) and challenge them, under the guidance of senior arts facilitators, to use the games as the inspiration for their art in order to see "the artistic and cultural dynamics that can be produced when the best of Canada's budding athletes come together with the best of Canada's emerging artists. 2, record 64, English, - National%20Artists%20Program

2, record 64, French, - Programme%20national%20des%20artistes

Aquatic weeds can be grouped by the following categories : algae, and emersed, floating, submersed and marginal(shoreline) weeds. Algae are green, stringy mats, sometimes called "pond scum". Algae are primitive plants without leaves, stems or roots. Emersed aquatic weeds generally are rooted in the soil, with part of the plant growing above the water surface.... Floating aquatic weeds are seed-bearing plants that float freely on the surface of the water or have leaves that float on the surface, connected by long stems to roots in the lake bottom. Submersed aquatic weeds are rooted in the soil and the entire plant is under the surface of the water. Some submersed aquatic weeds have flowers that emerge above the water surface. Marginal aquatic weeds can be herbaceous or woody and grow around the margins of the water. Marginal aquatic weeds may grow either in the shallow water or along the banks of the shoreline. 3, record 71, English, - aquatic%20weed

2, record 92, French, - hypoth%C3%A8que%20en%20common%20law
