Parking is a universal pain point for drivers. People are frustrated and stressed during the search for a vacant parking area, with city drivers spending 30% of their time looking for spaces.... Taking public transportation, such as buses and the metro, can help reduce parking-related congestion and air pollution. Nonetheless, private vehicles are still used for convenience. To reduce carbon emissions, we could replace all fuel-consuming vehicles with electric ones. Congestion would still be caused by the cruising of a vehicle to find a vacant parking space, even if we used electric vehicles. 3, record 14, English, - parking%20congestion

The Utopia Pavilion was one of the most noticed of the five theme pavilions at Portugal' s World Exhibition in Lisbon. For the first time at a World or Universal Exhibition, a show was staged for over 3 million spectators. It took co-author and artistic director François Confino three years during which he worked with American, Canadian, French and Portuguese staff to see this incredible challenge through. Soaring effects and gigantic special effects were specially designed, and extremely complex mechanical systems bred movement into flexible materials and stage sets at an unusually large scale. Through close collaboration with Philippe Genty, the director, Oceans & Utopias enticed the audience on a fascinating journey through mythology, conquest and the anguish of those at sea known to everyone faced with the boundlessness of the ocean. 1, record 29, English, - Utopia%20Pavilion

The practice of a state is shown by its acts and attitudes in its international relations with other states. When it becomes clear that each state acts in the same way, or takes up the same attitude to the acts or omissions of other states, the practice is uniform. When there is a repetition of such uniform practice over a period of time, the practice is constant. State practice which is both uniform and constant creates a "usage". Custom requires a "general practice". No precise answer can be given to the question of how general the practice needs to be. So long as a group of states follow the practice, and accept it as law, there is a custom. All customs have begun in the same way, and become of increasingly universal application as more states align their practice to them. 2, record 40, English, - practice
