The Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation(AHSC) offers a wide range of primary through tertiary level health care services delivered by a dedicated staff of 4, 400 employees and 275(active) physicians. Twenty-one clinical programs are delivered through in-patient, emergency, ambulatory and community/home care settings. Saint John is the primary referral centre for the people of this region and, in a number of tertiary services, for people throughout the province.
