Under [the Canada-Haiti Virtual University Scholarship Program], the Government of Canada offers eight certificate programs in French in fields that have been identified as priorities by members of Haiti’s academic community. All of the programs are entirely distance learning and the courses will be given over the Internet.

This program is an extension of the conventional Canada-CARICOM Virtual University program, but is for Haitian students only.
