The Upper Canada Brewing Company is a pioneer in the North American craft brewing renaissance. The company brews a wide variety of highly-respected, award-winning lagers and ales. All are brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Act of 1516, which allows the use of only four pure ingredients : malted barley, hops, yeast and water.
