Disease of sugar beet caused by Peronospora farinosa (formerly P. schachtii). 4, record 1, English, - sugar%20beet%20downy%20mildew
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Symptoms : All aboveground plant parts may be affected. Large, light green leaf spots develop on the upper leaf surfaces. Under moist conditions, a white to gray moldy appears on the lower or upper leaf surfaces. Affected leaves may wilt, then die. If environmental conditions become unfavorable for downy mildew, plants may show recovery by developing healthy leaves, or other pathogens may be encouraged. During fall wet periods, most young petioles or leaves are covered with a fungal growth that often moves into the crown. Crown infections may permit other root-decay organisms to invade the plant. Crown infection causes excessive leaf proliferation which in turn causes misshapen bulbs. 5, record 1, English, - sugar%20beet%20downy%20mildew

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
3, record 1, French, - mildiou%20de%20la%20betterave
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
2, record 1, French, - mildiou%20de%20la%20betterave

Single-punch tablet presses are operated by filling a feed shoe with the tablet composition and emptying the feed shoe into a die cavity. The feed shoe is retracted and scrapes all excess composition away from the die cavity. An upper punch compresses the granulation within the die cavity. After compression, the upper punch retracts and a lower punch rises and ejects the tablet. As the feed shoe returns to fill the die cavity, it pushes the compressed tablet from the die. 1, record 3, English, - single%2Dpunch%20tablet%20press

Fusarium wilt of lettuce. Symptoms. The first symptoms of Fusarium wilt may occur as early as thinning, when some seedlings wilt and die. Infected plants display a characteristic red-brown streak extending from the upper taproot into the cortex of the crown. Older affected heads exhibit a tipburn that may often be limited to one side of the plant. Yellowing of leaves and a brown to black streaking of the foliar vascular tissue is often present. 1, record 7, English, - Fusarium%20wilt%20of%20lettuce
