Mastocytoses cutanées. [...] Urticaire pigmentaire. C'est la forme de loin la plus fréquente chez l'enfant comme chez l'adulte. Elle est faite de maculo-papules, lisses, non squameuses, de taille variable allant de un millimètre à quelques centimètres, de couleur rouge-brune. Leur nombre varie de quelques éléments à plusieurs centaines. Elles sont le plus souvent disposées sur le tronc et les membres. Rarement elles touchent le cuir chevelu, le visage, les paumes et les plantes, les muqueuses. La turgescence des lésions provoquée par la friction, ou signe de Darier, est fréquente, très évocatrice mais néanmoins inconstante.
