The navel chakra can be found between the navel and the bottom of the rib cage. The parts of the body affected are the navel, small intestine, pancreas, gall bladder, digestive system, kidney and the liver. This chakra is in charge of a person's sense of self, where your self-esteem and will power come from. It is sometimes shown as meaning fire, and has aspects of powers that let a person "burn" out the pessimistic aspects of the past and achieve the power to rule and direct your life effectively. It can also help a person learn to meditate and cleanse their spirit from negative thoughts that sometimes cause us to take actions that we later regret. This chakra is a fire element and so it is related to feelings of being thirsty or hungry, or being tired. 4, record 1, English, - navel%20chakra

5, record 1, French, - chakra%20du%20plexus%20solaire

There has been much talk in the United States recently about the risks of chemical and biological terrorism, but there has only been one death in the US caused by the use of a chemical agent and none through biological terrorism. That one death occurred in 1973 when members of the Symbionese Liberation Army(which later became famous for kidnapping Patty Hearst) shot one person with a cyanide-tipped bullet. 1, record 4, English, - cyanide%2Dtipped%20bullet

[Hereditary hemochromatosis(HH) ] is an autosomal recessive disease meaning a person has to get a copy of the gene(double mutation) from each parent. At present there are two different gene mutations(C282Y and H63D) that are associated with the disease... Usually the parents are carriers, meaning they do not have the disease. It is estimated that about 1 out of 200 people in the US has a double mutation and that about 3-5 per 1000 people have HH. 2, record 5, English, - amphimutation
