... a backstrap loom is characterised by a strap fixed to one end of the loom which the weaver wears around their waist, while the other end of the loom has individual straps that allow it to be anchored to a railing or pole, making the device portable. The loom allows the weaver to use their lower body to actively regulate the tension on the warp threads. 3, record 1, English, - backstrap%20loom

2, record 1, French, - m%C3%A9tier%20%C3%A0%20ceinture

In some contexts, it might be necessary to qualify it to distinguish between different types of use (for example, "harmful use," "hazardous use," "problematic use" or "risky use"). In this case and depending on the context, the reason for the chosen qualifiers should be explained, and the different designations clearly defined. In 1970, the Ford Foundation initiated the Drug Abuse Survey Project to pinpoint more precisely what should be done to combat drug abuse. Its final report, Dealing with Drug Abuse..., analyzed in detail the great gaps in basic knowledge of drug actions within the body, psychological factors involved in deciding to use drugs, and the role of drugs in contemporary American society; it also made a strong appeal for more research. The report's practical outcome was the creation of the Drug Abuse Council(DAC), which funded studies on illicit drug abuse from 1971 until 1978. 3, record 14, English, - Drug%20Abuse%20Council

In 1987, the Office of Director General of Operations and Plans(DGOP) released a draft Army Office Staff Instruction(AOSI) for the disruptive pattern painting(DPP) of army equipment. The policy covered both existing and new equipment including the disruptive pattern for canvas vehicle canopies. In practice it was found that the vehicle disruptive pattern could be extended from the body of the vehicle to include the canvas canopy using coatings which matched the camouflage colours of the vehicle. Special reproofing paints in the three camouflage colours, olive, black and tan were developed for use on existing vehicle covers. 2, record 34, English, - disruptive%20pattern%20painting

The throat chakra is the 5th chakra and like its name, it is centered in the throat area of the body. The areas it governs are the throat, mouth, ears, thyroid gland, arms and hands. The fifth chakra rules our abilities for communication, creativity, connection and personal intentions. It is also connected with our ability to communicate through hearing, speaking, and listening. It refers to both normal audible communication and the emotional and mental communication we all use in our relationships. It helps us speak the truth from our inner soul as our spiritual voice, as well as to make good decisions and to come up with good ideas. It is also represented by the color blue. 7, record 35, English, - throat%20chakra

Removing Scratches in Auto Body Finish.... After the scratches had been sanded out and the surface rinsed clean, the car was ready to be buffed with rubbing compound. There are two buffing procedures : Rubbing compound and polishing compound. Rubbing compound has a coarser grit than polishing compound, so rubbing compound is applied first.... The rubbing compound leaves an invisible residue, which needs to be either washed off or wiped off immediately with a good quality automotive polishing cloth. DO NOT use paper towels because most paper is too abrasive. All of the excess compound needs to be removed before going on to the polishing step or else the coarser grit particles will get mixed in with the polishing compound. 3, record 39, English, - polishing%20compound

A float tube, also known as a belly boat or kick boat, is a small, lightweight inflatable fishing craft which anglers use to fish from. They were originally doughnut-shaped boats with an underwater seat in the "hole, "but modern designs include a V-shape with pontoons on either side and the seat raised above the water allowing the legs of the angler to be the only part of his body to be submerged. Float tubes are used for many aspects of fishing, such as flyfishing for trout or lure fishing for largemouth bass, and enable the angler to fish areas otherwise not fishable from the bank. 2, record 64, English, - float%20tube

Safer sex is a qualitative term. To be absolutely safe, sexual contact cannot involve an exchange of any body fluids - specifically, semen or vaginal secretions. The term safer sex recognizes the likelihood of human error and the inexactness of human knowledge. Safer sex refers to sexual intercourse using a condom and spermicide, or sexual practices that do not involve exchange of body fluids. 3, record 83, English, - safer%20sex

Crystal methamphetamine is a colorless, odorless form of d-methamphetamine, a powerful and highly addictive synthetic (man-made) stimulant. Crystal methamphetamine typically resembles small fragments of glass or shiny blue-white "rocks" of various sizes. Like powdered methamphetamine (another form of d-methamphetamine), crystal methamphetamine is abused because of the long-lasting euphoric effects it produces. Crystal methamphetamine, however, typically has a higher purity level and may produce even longer-lasting and more intense physiological effects than the powdered form of the drug. 2, record 91, English, - crystal%20methamphetamine%20hydrochloride

Benzatropine is an anticholinergic medication used for treating Parkinsons illness and related conditions such as parkinsonism, dystonia, and akathasia. Its effects have been shown to have an effective and significant therapeutic value in the management of the symptoms of parkinsonism. It counteracts the effects of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and balances the levels of acetylcholine and dopamine in the body, which may help reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's illness in its early stages. It can also be used to treat movement disorders resulting from the use of other antipsychotic medication. Aside from its anticholinergic effect, doctors have also observed an antihistaminic activity approaching that of pyrilamine maleate. 2, record 95, English, - benzatropine
