A method of rotary drilling that uses air as the circulating medium. 2, record 1, English, - air%20drilling
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
Air drilling is cheaper and quicker than mud drilling and avoids possible damage to the production zone from circulating mud which may enter the zone when drilling. Nevertheless, this method cannot be used in formations that are very wet or which tend to slough. A common practice is to use mud until after the production casing... has been placed in position, and use air drilling when penetrating the production zone. 3, record 1, English, - air%20drilling

2, record 1, French, - forage%20%C3%A0%20l%27air
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
3, record 1, French, - forage%20%C3%A0%20l%27air
