By happy contrast, dealing fully with words of grant requires less than a page. There are but three points worth mentioning. First, what verb should be used in a conveyance to pass an estate or interest in land? The answer is : any verb you like. Section 51(2) of the "Law of Property Act" 1925 provides that :’The use of the word grant is not necessary to convey land or to create any interest therein. ’Thus any appropriate word may be used, such as the customary "conveys" in a conveyance or, for example, "assents" in an assent.(Farrand, 3rd ed., 1980, pp. 272-273). 1, record 2, English, - words%20of%20grant

The duty to inform the patient or research subject for the purpose of obtaining "informed" consent. This duty is related to assessment of risks. This is so because assessment of risk defines some of the factual content of the information which must be imparted and, in the therapeutic situation, may affect the extent of the duty to inform. The duty to inform the patient is also part of the fiduciary duty of a doctor, that is, part of the doctor’s special duty of care and trustworthiness. 3, record 3, English, - duty%20to%20inform

... because medical care requires specialized knowledge that patients lack, courts have imposed on physicians the common law duty to provide patients with sufficient information to enable them to make decisions about what care to accept.
