Only if the points are equal at the end of a contest is hantei necessary. The competitors wait at their initial starting positions with their judogi adjusted. The referee takes a blue flag in the right hand and a white flag in the left.(The judges hold the flags to correspond with the positions of the blue and white contestants.) Before calling for hantei the referee checks to make sure that the judges are prepared with their flags in hand. On hantei the referee and judges raise the blue or white flag immediately without hesitation. The referee awards the win according to the majority of three. 3, record 1, English, - hantei

Dextre [Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator] is designed so that only one arm can move at a time in order to avoid self-collision, achieve greater stability and maintain operational similarity with Canadarm2. The greater stability is provided by the immobile arm, which is first commanded to anchor Dextre to an ISS [International Space Station] stabilization point. At the tip of each arm, we find a "hand", known technically as the Orbital Replacement Unit/Tool Changeout Mechanism(OTCM). The OTCM consists of a set of parallel retractable jaws, which serve to grip payloads and tools. Each OTCM is also equipped with a retractable motorized socket wrench to mate and demate mechanisms on-orbit, as well as lights and a black and white camera. Dextre lower body is equipped with a pair of pan/tilt colour cameras that allow astronauts aboard the ISS, and engineers on the ground, to monitor the task, which is out of direct eyesight. 1, record 5, English, - orbital%20replacement%20unit%2Ftool%20changeout%20mechanism

1, record 5, French, - changeur%20d%27outils%20et%20d%27unit%C3%A9s%20rempla%C3%A7ables%20sur%20orbite
