The Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Program (ACAP) is an opportunity for staff, students and the generic public (organizations, touring groups and individuals) to learn more about Aboriginal cultures and lifestyles. ACAP's aims are to: share Aboriginal culture with non-Aboriginal people in order to improve relationships in Australian society generally; develop a better understanding and awareness of Aboriginal people and their cultures; recognise the unique needs and aspirations of Aboriginal people; improve the working relationships between the non-Aboriginal service providers and Aboriginal staff and clientele.
