The Atlantic Coastal Action Program (ACAP) is a dynamic network of community and non-government organizations. ACAP assists 13 project sites or communities in developing comprehensive environmental management plans to restore and maintain environmentally degraded harbours and estuaries. Le Programme d'action des zones côtières de l'Atlantique (PAZCA) est l'un des quatre programmes de gestion des écosystèmes en vigueur à Environnement Canada.
