In this Act, the expression “public utility installation” means any pole, tower, overhead or underground conduit, any other supporting or sustaining structure, and any trench, together with accessories, susceptible of use for the supply or distribution of electrical, telephone, telegraph, cable delivery or signalling service or any other similar service.
