L'Association des producteurs d'hydromels et d'alcools de miel du Québec (APHAMQ) est une jeune association affiliée au Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec (CTAQ) qui a vu le jour en 2020. La mission de l'APHAMQ est d'unir les voix des producteurs d'hydromels et d'alcools de miel afin de permettre un meilleur encadrement législatif et règlementaire, encourager le développement de cette industrie et valoriser les produits d'hydromels et d'alcools de miel québécois à travers la province et à l'échelle internationale.
