Fondée en 1989, l'Association des TCC des Deux Rives (Québec – Chaudière-Appalaches) est un organisme communautaire créé afin de regrouper et d'aider toutes les personnes concernées par le traumatisme craniocérébral modéré ou grave. La mission de l'Association consiste d'abord à donner des services visant à maintenir les acquis réalisés chez les personnes TCC suite à leur réadaptation. Elle vise aussi à favoriser sa participation sociale en lui offrant un lieu d'échanges et d'entraides.
